There is no identifiable triggering stimulus that is associated with this kind of feeling that is why this must not be mistaken for fear. The latter happens due to the presence of a threat or anything that can trigger such emotion. You will likely feel fear if you are avoiding something and anxiety occurs when you are sure that something is bound to happen as a result of your threats. You can also look at it this way, when you are expecting negative situations to occur, you are setting yourself up for such that is why you feel the anxiety. This is also how a person usually reacts when they are experiencing too much stress. You must create a plan for your daily tasks and stick with it so that you can avoid feeling threatened as a result of your own negligence. You should also eat right, do proper exercises and keep your body fit so that it won’t easily give up at times when you are emotionally down.
